The location was perfect & the house was ideal for a large group. The beach in front of the house was gorgeous & extremely private. We loved all of the extra amenities such as the bonfire wood, charcoal for the grill, welcome jacket & so much more. Overall, an amazing & well worth it stay!

Christina did a fabulous job in welcoming us to Summerwind, providing all relevant information and a welcome basket and bottle of wine. She was responsive to any questions throughout our stay. The whole experience made our family reunion a big hit and there are already calls for another one.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront home! This is an older home, so it does have a few quirks, but you can't beat the location. You are literally right on the beach within steps of the sand. The views are incredible. You can sit outside and sip your coffee or a glass of wine as you enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the lullaby of the waves. The backyard has a great fire pit, hammock swings, and a BBQ. The host left firewood for us and a nice welcome basket. The home itself is divided into 2 separate units (upstairs and downstairs). Each unit is it's owns self-contained "home" with bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. So it's perfect for large family gatherings. The bedrooms are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are also small, but clean and functional. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you may need. Vilano beach is about a 10-15 minute drive from downtown St. Augustine. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.
