Enjoy a warm sunny day lounging on either of our 2 balconies, take your pick, both have beautiful panoramic ocean views. Enjoy cooking in our large fully equipped kitchen with island, breakfast nook, and large dining room, along with an adjoining living room with large flat screen TV, again with all rooms having beautiful panoramic views of the coastline. You can also enjoy grilling your favorite foods on the grill located on one of our decks along with an outdoor table with 6 chairs and plenty of other seating for everyone as you enjoy your meal, soaking up the warm sunshine, and the amazing ocean views. The set-up of the house; Bottom entrance level is garage access. Go up half flight of stairs off to the left is a hallway half bath. Also on that level are two bedrooms, one bedroom has two queen bed‘s with attached full bath, and the other bedroom has one king bed with attached full bath with bath tub and walk in shower. The next level is a half flight of stairs, which is the main living area. Go up another half flight of stairs that is the main master suite. Then another half flight of stairs is the top level with two bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed, full bath with shower. And the other bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and TV room with full-size sofa bed. Ask us about purchasing a temporary membership and enjoy the amenities next door at the Serenata Beach Club.
