Location is the key. This house right on the beach . Perfect location to St Augustine . Home is well stocked with everything you need for a large group. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances . There was a repair desperately needed in one bedroom and door repair in another . Normal wear and tear for a home right on the beach. Those are being taken care of . Host was very helpful with information about rules for the turtles . We loved our family vacation at this location .

The home was amazing. Exactly how it is described. The outside shower near an entry into the bathroom is very well thought out. Next time I would bring bigger pots than what there is. Im not sure there's much more to poke holes in. The whole vacation was a huge success! Annie was very helpful with any question I had. She responded with the answer within minutes. I would rate the entire stay 100 out of 10.

Images are very accurate. It looked great and didn't disappoint. Quality kitchen utensils rather than bargin basement schlock made food prep and cooking a breeze for large family meals. (It's a little thing, but much appreciated.)

lovely beach location. great view from house and patio. we'll equiped kitchen except could have used some kitchen towels. also, garbage in garage was over flowing and smelled when we arrived. we enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
