Move up and down with ease using the private elevator onsite. Every bedroom is oceanfront! You will want to take advantage of the multiple balconies to catch that early morning sunrise with your favorite coffee and watch the dolphins go by in the evening with that perfect beverage! Catch sunset over the Guana Preserve on the rooftop deck! The house is very spacious and allows for multiple gathering spots. The second floor is home to the main living area. It has large sliding glass doors that give that perfect view! The open floor plan allows for everyone to gather here. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal! The 3rd floor is home to another gathering area with a kitchenet and an extra dining table. It also features large sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean! Dolphin View's bedrooms are all on the oceanside! You will find three bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has two twin beds and bedroom 3 has a twin over queen bunk bed. There is one bathroom located on this level. The second floor offers two more bedrooms, one being a primary suite with its own bathroom and a king bed. The other bedroom has another twin over queen bunk bed. There is a bathroom right across the hall. The last two bedrooms are on the third level. The second primary suit has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom seven has a twin over full bunk bed. The fifth bathroom is located across the hall. Should you need additional sleeping space, there is a queen sleeper sofa on the third level in the living area. Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
