Wonderful spacious house with a great rooftop. We enjoyed our stay, but did feel intimidated by all of the rules and cleaning instructions. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

After planning a special family gathering for a 25th wedding anniversary one year in advance, our reservation was canceled by the vacation rental company with only 11 days until our arrival. We thank our lucky stars that Nick's house became available and we were able to rent it. From the beginning, Nick responded to all of my messages and questions about the house, its location, and the amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essential things you would need to prepare meals, toast bagels, or brew coffee. The house is well-appointed and spacious. You will have plenty of room to spread out without feeling like you're on top of one another. The beautiful sandy beach is directly across the street. No need to pack a cooler for lunch. The beach is that close! I would not hesitate to rent this house from Nick in the future. Nick was a pleasure to correspond with and the house accommodated our large family gathering beautifully.,

Beautiful home and super wonderful hosts. Excellent communication and genuine desire to be helpful. We had a large group of mostly teens and Nick worked beautifully with us and the space was perfect. Highly recommend.

AMAZING home...beautifully designed... spacious open plan. Loved the sky deck. Very close to beach with a hop and jump across the street to quiet beach :) Definitely recommend this home for gatherings! Thank you so much! Nikki
