The location was beautiful and comfortable. We were able to cook for our group as well enjoy amenities inside and out. Summer was very responsive and communicative throughout our trip. I'll definitely recommend this location to others!

Fantastic stay at this design worthy home on the ocean. The second floor deck was the absolute best place for coffee, cocktails or just enjoying the view. Tons of privacy, spacious bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The bar in the living area was well used … gorgeous!!! Lots of beach amenities too, chairs toys and towels. Our hosts provided great instructions and communication. We hope to return!!!

Beautiful beach home at South Ponte Vedra Beachhead. Beach views from the house were lovely. Especially enjoyed seeing the sunrises each morning from our bedrooms! . Our stay met our expectations of being able to walk from back door to the beachhead! Our family and grandchildren had an exceptional stay here. Highly recommend Summer’s home.
