Hands down the nicest house I've ever rented in S. Ponte Vedra for the price and size. Over the years I've stayed at several within 3 miles, but nothing as clean and up to date. The house was spick-and-span clean, open, and spacious. It has a nice big open deck, comfortable high top chairs, luxurious master bathroom. The master bathroom, and tub, was just wonderful. 🥰 This location is truly special as it is across from the GTM Reserve. So, NO houses across the street, making it quite peaceful. Less than a 1/4 mile up the road you'll find a convenient gas station for supplies located next to the Guana Park welcome center, part of GTM Reserve. There you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. A new Publix is 10 minutes down the road. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Northeast Florida, on the water 10 minutes away, is CAPS seafood. All conveniently located. Also, downstairs is a game room with a foosball table and a dart board.
