Bedroom #3 is a quiet oasis with a king bed, hotel quality linens, wood floors and dedicated workspace. All rooms have blackout curtains. Two bedrooms downstairs - there is only one small step to get inside the house. And a main suite upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the deck that spans the width of the house. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay including new GE CAFE appliances, double oven and induction stove. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room bedroom... Or take our private steps down to the ocean and enjoy a swim. There is a playground within a 2 min drive. The Ponte Vedra Amphitheater is North of us and the St Augustine Amphitheater is South of us. TPC is right up the world and golf courses are close by.
