As advertised Andrew’s place is right on the ocean which is really lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking paraphernalia and the home was very clean. We were appreciative of the beach tent, beach chairs and big beach towels. A few items to note are as follows: while you are on the deck looking and listening to the ocean you can also hear road noise from in front of the house. This is consistent with most houses on the stretch but thought others may want to know. Additionally, when you enter the house on the lower level where the third bedroom and bathroom are, it smells a bit musty. If you were occupying the bottom floor bedroom this may bother you. Once you’re upstairs on the main floor there is no trace of the smell. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with direct beach access.
