It is serene and quiet, yet the house is just 7 miles from historic St. Augustine and 15 miles from Ponte Vedra. The open living room, dining area, and kitchen floor plan provides a wonderful space for the family to gather, cook, and eat, all with views of the Atlantic. The dining table seats 8 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. There is plenty of space to sprawl out in the living room to socialize or watch your favorite movie. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked to please even the pickiest chef. Granite counter tops and a beautiful tile back splash add warmth to the space. Don’t forget to stock up on food and beverages for your vacation. There is a back up refrigerator in the garage for your extra groceries. Downstairs is a huge bonus room. Challenge your housemates to a game of billiards on the fully equipped pool table. There are plenty of books, games, and puzzles for those lazy ‘indoor’ days. There is a sitting area with two sofas, coffee table and a TV. The kids will enjoy the sleeping area with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. There is also a small bathroom/laundry room with a toilet, sink, and shower. There are two sets of stack laundry machines so you can wash and dry your clothes quickly. No need to bring linens from home, though. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided. The partial wrap-around deck offers many places to relax out doors. There is a covered area for relaxing in the shade, and plenty of sunny spots for working on that tan.
