Consisting of two floors plus the garage level, Water Colors offers fantastic ocean views from all rooms on the main (2nd) level. Here you will find a huge living room, dining area, eat-in kitchen, wet bar, and two master suites. A wrap around deck provides ocean access from the kitchen, living area, and both master bedrooms. The living area boasts two comfortable and quality leather sofas, gorgeous leather swivel chairs, tall game table, and 55″ wall mounted HD TV. The lovely dining area with large glass table and 8 chairs is conveniently placed near the wet bar. On the lower level are a spacious game room with TV, game table, and plenty of play space; plus three additional bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry with two sets of large LG equipment. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twin beds, and the third has a bunk bed plus pull-out trundle, offering sleeping for three. We also have a double size sofa bed in the game room. All bedrooms have their own televisions and are decorated in a casual, beachy style. Outside on the lower level is a small covered porch with beach views and direct seawall and beach access, a large dog run with artificial “dog turf”, and a double garage with elevator to all floors.
