Faye is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. It's value for money with a convenient location near malls, hypermarket, convenient stores, laundry, food, market etc. The room comes with a kettle, cooking equipment and utensils which was really great for my more than 2-week stay. Faye even provided drinking water. Bed was clean and comfortable too.

The host is easy to deal with and she is very much willing to go out of her way to accommodate her guests. The location is perfect. The unit is clean and has all the basics. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in Cubao.
