My friends and I stayed at Victoria’s cottage for a week in August of 2023. We enjoyed it. The star of the cottage is obviously the waterfront. The view is gorgeous with breathtaking sunsets. The gazebo is great for providing shade and the patio furniture on the dock is comfortable. We saw lots of birds, including some impressive herons. It’s a really nice swimming spot. Some reeds and rocks as you walk into the water but nothing off-putting. The cottage was comfortable and had the basics. The beds are comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal was very good. The large smart TV was great for the rainy days. It’s only about a 15-20 min drive into Napanee, which has grocery stores and anything else you could need, but the area still feels quiet and peaceful. The trailer next door may be occupied, making the cottage feel less private, but wasn’t a major issue for us. Victoria was very responsive and gave clear instructions. If you’re looking for a cottage we recommend this one!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjours. Victoria, son conjoint et leur fille étaient à notre arrivée et ils sont très acceuillants. La vue sur Hay Bay est magnifique et les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle.

Cottage was excellent! Amazing location right on the water with a private dock. Excellent fishing. Clean and modern interior. Comfort beds. Exactly as advertised. My family had an excellent time there and would definitely rent this place again!

Great space for spending time with our family. Cottage was simple but clean, had everything we needed. Lots of cookware i.e. pots, pans, coffee machine, etc,. Dock was great and overall yard is big to hang out in and play games. Fridge outdoors was also very handy! Would recommend and come back! Only suggestion would be to have an earlier check-in time but that would not deter from coming back. Thanks Victoria!
