No cottage roads just a private driveway on a paved road, but far enough away that you can’t hear passing traffic. No immediate neighbours give you peace & privacy to enjoy sunny days and beautiful Lake Ontario sunsets on Hay Bay. Easy to get to from the 401 (15 min from Napanee). Our NW-facing cottage is approx.1200 sqft with a covered porch, 2 bdrm and 1 bath. A large yard for games, play structure, pebble beach, dock, 2 paddle boards/kayaks and a water trampoline/slide all for you to enjoy! We provide fresh linens, pillows, blankets and towels. There’s a Keurig in the kitchen, coffee pods, and reusable coffee pods for your own ground coffee. You’ll also find a microwave, tea kettle, blender, air fryer, and a toaster. Outside you'll find a Napoleon BBQ on the deck and all the utensils you need in the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a large closet. The second bedroom has two double beds and a large closet with a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub. The pebble beach has stone stair access and is a gradual entry to the lake Rainy afternoon? No problem! There are board games, puzzles and a tv with an Amazon Firestick with Prime Video, Netflix, Discovery+ and Disney+. Should you need them, baby/children items are available like a pack and play, bath support, toddler toilet seat, step stool, children's dinnerware and a highchair - please request these ahead of time, so they’ll be ready for your arrival, they are not stored in the cottage.
