I reserved the home for technicians coming from out of state for work. The location was just as stated, and the space was as portrayed. I would recommend.

The stay was overall, good. The third bedroom is exceptionally small and lacks a priper door, so don't expect an adult to be comfortable in there - due to this, I found the place to be too expensive. We had problems with the A/C not working, which took a couple of weeks to properly fix, during which the temperature indoors was nearly 90 degrees. The house also has a lot of ants and boxelder bugs. Pest control and groundskeeping is needed.

Joe’s place was great, exactly what we needed. Place was well kept and well stocked of all basic necessities. Joe was super responsive and proactive to check in and make sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!
