*2024 Ashcroft Business Licence No.5447” black cat guest house is located in downtown Ashcroft and is one of the oldest buildings (1911) in town. Enjoy the experience of this private, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom quirky Paycheque home. This home has a full gourmet kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace. The garden is for your exclusive use. Many seasonal birds and feral black cats visit the garden too. Celestial Desert Cottage is located next door. Cleaning fee included. *Long stay discounts* This self contained home has 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen with an adjacent alcove space that has a twin bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain shower head, a stand-alone claw foot tub, and laundry. Custom artisan lavender soap is included to enhance a spa like experience. The main entrance is from the back of house and opens into a private patio and mature garden full of plants and birds. Feral cats live in this neighbourhood too and coexist with their feathered friends. Wifi service provider is Starlink.

Really enjoyed our stay - was great for our family visit- very comfortable- well stocked kitchen - really enjoyed the outside sitting area and rustic yard complete with sweet little ferel kittens which I probably overfed while we were there, would definitely stay here again. thank you

Another awesome stay at nlack cat! Julie is a wonderful host and makes the stay extreamly easy and free of stress. Love the home, super cozey and the shower and tub are glorious!

Julie is an amazing host! Absolutly would stay there for months on end! The yard is gorgeous and the home as warm and cozey. Everything you need for an easy stress free stay is in place and if you dont know julie will help ya out!

Julie's place is charming! She provided an amazing fenced yard area that was perfect for my dog. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a great bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Julie was super communicative from booking to arrival. I enjoyed the easy self-check-in. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Julie!

We enjoyed our stay, it's a cozy space lots of unique touches with furnishings in the house. Fenced yard was nice as we came with our pup. This was a comfortable spot for us to relax and rest during our short stay in Ashcroft. We really appreciated the little gift bag with Sage for our arrival. Yes, We would stay again🙂

Parking is available in front of house. Most amenities are an easy walk or very short drive. Desert Hills is a 5-min drive. Easy access to highway 1 & 97C and 20-min drive to highway 99.
Fast EV charge is available at Heritage Park on Railway Ave in downtown. We are not quite an EV community yet so there’s lots of availability, it’s beside a beautiful park and local businesses like Unitea where you can grab tea, coffee, or lunch while your ride charges up.

I shop social, small & local; our guests bring appreciated local business spinoffs.
