Enjoy views of the Thompson River from this updated quirky, eclectic old “paycheque” style cottage with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, full kitchen and seating area overlooking the private back garden. Garden with covered patio, perfect for bird watching and sky gazing. black cat guest house is located next door. **Long stay discounts** This self-contained cottage has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a door opening into the common bathroom. This bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub with a window looking skyward for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Custom artisan lavender soap is included to enhance the relaxation experience. The fully equipped kitchen and living space opens onto the desert inspired back garden that boasts a covered patio for enjoying time in the shade. Wifi service provider is Starlink.

Alles war super. Der Check in war total einfach, Julie war immer gut zu erreichen und die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und gemütlich, mit allem drin, was man sich wünscht.
Staying at Julie's place was an absolute pleasure! The home was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Julie's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the comfortable bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, I would highly recommend a stay at Julie's to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable retreat.
We had an amazing stay at Julie’s home! Julie was always available to answer any questions we had, offered restaurant recommendations and was flexible with my check in time. It was cozy and homey and had everything we needed. The backyard was also perfect for a game of cards and enjoying the sun. We loved the soap goodie bag that was left for us and the claw foot tub was perfect for a bath. We will definitely be staying here again!

Parking is available in front of house. Most amenities are an easy walk or very short drive. Desert Hills is a 5-min drive. Easy access to highway 1 and 97C and 20-min drive to highway 99.
