The home is on a wide street in a quiet neighborhood of the historic village of Cold Spring. Only half a block from Main Street it remains quite but close to everything the village has to offer such as Saturday night movies on the river or weekend concerts at the local gazebo.

Cold Spring is a special place. You can walk to hiking, biking rentals, kayaking restaurants, the grocery store or take the shuttle to Magazzino Italian Art Museum or the Boscobel Estate, Stonecrop Gardens or Fahnestock State Park. You can arrive by train from the New York City or take the train for the afternoon to Beacon and Peekskill. It's the perfect getaway for someone with or without a car. If you have a car this is plenty of on-street or off-street parking.
