The cabin is quaint and comfortable. We loved the location - a very short walk to the beach or the port. An easy drive to Cape Blanco or even shorter to the Port Orford heads. Close to town but still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was good, easy walk to the beach and town we found the heating challenging to get right given that all the rooms had their own heater. The bedroom heater was kind of loud. The kitchen stove is interesting, it works but is old and one of the burners we didn't use because it started to smell hot. I thought that the Vacasa communication was really impersonal. There is no name as to who you are communicating with only "Vacasa" so you don't have the name of whoever is overseeing the place. My experience and what I typically like about Airbnb is that we communicate typically with the owner so it's much more personal and easy to get questions answered easily by text or calling your host directly.
