The Coastal Cottage was completed in February 2022 and features upscale design and decor. Decorated in a coastal theme and conveniently located within walking distance of beach, lake and dining...this cutie provides guests with all the comforts of home and the charm of coastal living. Relax and barbeque on the back patio or enjoy preparing a meal in the upscale kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bath, providing comfort and privacy for guests. Enter through the front door into the living room, through the garage door to the eat in kitchen. Patio is on back of house, off of kitchen area. A hallway off the living room leads to both bedrooms. Master bath is directly accessed from master bedroom. Guest bath is located off hallway.

My brother and I stayed here in September. The house is exactly as advertised and Sue is easy to work with. The neighborhood is a great place for walks and you can walk into town as well.
Absolutely perfect stay! Sue is amazing! Excellent communication and her cottage was spotless, well equipped and beautifully decorated with very comfy beds! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. If you’re in or near Port Orford don’t miss this home!

Sue's home boasts beautiful new construction and feels spacious, clean, and bright. Both bedrooms are good-size and have ample closet space as well. The home was spotless and clean. Morning coffee on the back patio was a nice start to our days. This home is located a quick drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable for our short stay in Port Orford. Sue was quick at communicating and easy to get in touch with if needed. I would recommend this stay! Thanks again.
Sue’s place is lovely. Communication was easy and her place is as described. This is a beautiful place to stay if you are travelling the coast. We recommend Sue’s place and would definitely stay again if passing through.

The neighborhood is a quiet residential area within view of Garrison Lake and 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to Paradise Beach. It has homes on 3 sides, a large treed lot across the street. It is within walking distance of multiple shops as well.
The Coastal Cottage is an easy walk from multiple restaurants, grocery store, library, shops, and nature walk. Friendly neighbors frequently can be seen walking their pets and enjoying the beauty of the area.
