Finca Nati Sanctuary is located on 10-acres of Bahamian forest. It is home to an abundance of rescued animals, including 6 dogs, horses, sheep, birds, goats, rabbits and native Bahamian wildlife. This unique space provides the perfect get-away for guests. It is a 3-bedroom luxury cottage situated on a quiet sanctuary, a few miles from the city of Nassau and a 5-minute drive from the beach. Enjoy watching animals roam by day and superb star-gazing by night. You must absolutely love dogs. - All guests must be comfortable with animals that roam freely on the property (some like to be inside but not a must ) - -This property is not accessible by public transportation - all guests must have a rental car - - We do not accommodate weddings, events or parties- - Absolute no smoking allowed in the cottage - - Trish studio across the cottage is private -
Finca Nati continues to be my all time favorite Airbnb. Just magical. Our second time staying here and it’s just the most perfect, wonderful place. So special. I love it so much. The animals, the house, the property, the peacefulness, the love that Trish put into all of this…you feel it. Thank you, Trish for a lovely stay. We miss the dogs and you already.
This is the kind of place that makes AirBNB amazing. It is the coolest place we have ever stayed. Trish was fabulous, the place is just utterly beautiful, the animals were amazing and made this a very special trip. The mattresses are super comfortable, and the cottage is very peaceful and quiet. Seeing and interacting with the animals became a centerpiece of the trip for our kids, and after just a couple days we felt like we had a connection to the place and its story. We’re really grateful to have been able to stay there and hope to come back!
Finca Nati was amazing - we felt so at home and being on the farm with all of the animals was so fun. We’re big dog people, so we made friends with all of the puppies on the property, and a few of them slept with us most nights. Trish was wonderful, and even delivered fresh eggs from the chickens a few times for us to make for breakfast. If you love animals and a peaceful place to stay that feels more like home than a hotel, don’t hesitate to stay here when in Nassau!
Our stay at Finca Nati was outstanding! From the first minute we entered my children were in heaven being surrounded by a host of friendly animals. My wife and I are clean freaks and not only the home was spotless but the animlas enclosures were too. Trisha is a wonderful host who made us feel at home and granted us a late check out as we had a late flight, we shall we back for sure!

The island of New Providence is only 24 miles long, so you can quickly get around (minus what we call the “5-oclock road block” – try and avoid driving through town during the early afternoon as you might hit traffic).
