Highly recommend for short and long term stay. Easy check-in and everything was as described. Will definitely stay again when next in town.

Julie’s place is private and a comfortable stay - great water pressure in the clean washroom, bed was comfortable with hotel like pillows. Air conditioner beat the 40 degree heat. Finally washing machine was a great help. Would stay here again, close to walkable restaurants, the gym was also quite useful a few times over the week stay! Recommended for a solo traveler or couple!

Requested Julie for some flowers and she gave me some amazing suggestions for a very cheap and affordable price. They were very accommodative to our requests and the check in / check out process was one of the easiest things.

The host was so helpful with clear easy instructions. The gym was a bonus and the pool was a good size in lovely surroundings. We used both every day, this is a rare find in the middle of Ho Chi Minh. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean with good air conditioning. There were plenty of. Good restaurants close by with vegan options. The unit is central to everything with 2 great coffee shops near the entrance. 10/10
