Host asked if we could spend 1 night in the same building and then move to a different room and we agreed, but host did not provide actual checkin instructions until after 12 noon. We messaged and called them many times but they did not answer. This made us late to check out of our current room and put us in a bad mood. We then found out the temporary room was actually in a different building, not in the same building as host had told us. Host met us to help carry all our stuff to the new building but was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The next day we moved to the actual room. Many amenities and features were missing and did not match the description. I contacted the host to tell her this and she told me I was wrong and I should cancel if I wasn’t happy. After arguing back and forth she agreed to provide some of the missing items. The rest of the stay was fine, except for some noise. There are posters in the lobby that say “NO AIRBNB”, and the security and lobby staff were unfriendly.

The place is located in Tresor high Rise apartment building. We checked in at 2am and the process was made very easy and straightforward by Dinh. There are also numerous convenient stores below for snacks, meals, and hydration. My girlfriend and I felt very safe due to the existing securities surrounding the building 24/7. The area is also easy to book Grab for pickup. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, and Dinh's team was very responsive throughout the way and really accommodated us even when we had to relocate. We stayed for a total of 7 nights under the properties of Dinh's and his team, and we would definitely consider staying there again for our next visits in HCMC.
