Our stay was very nice and we had a nice time, I would give the chalet on its own 5 stars. My biggest complaint is there are a lot of hidden costs, you need to pay for water and electricity, and give a €300 cash deposit. While this is mentioned in advance, the electricity and water bill was over €50 for us for a 2 night stay. And the chalet isn't very cheap on its own either. In summary, without the added costs for electricity and water and the cash deposit, I would give the chalet itself 5 stars, but now we felt a bit ripped off by the extra costs. The host was very friendly though!

The Communication with Belvilla was awfull… We have tried contacting them several times regarding this Booking and never got any news from them. There was a problem with this Booking and even then we were left in the dark and we were charged 393€ by Belvilla! This was our last time renting a house by Belvilla.

Bon séjour dans la campagne belge. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend à Winenne. Le jardin est top pour bien profiter des soirées d'été autour d'un bon barbecue. La personne à contacter sur place est très sympathique et très arrangeante.
