Marilyn and Richard were terrific hosts and made our stay pleasurable. They immediately responded to any questions we had and were a joy to deal with. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable as seen in the photographs. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay at The Kestrels. The property was well-equipped and clean and Marilyn and Richard were thoughtful hosts making sure the hot-tub was clean every day and checking that everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay in a lovely property. Very clean, comfortable beds and hot tub was an extra luxury. Richard and Marilyn met us at check in and showed us round so we knew where everything was and how it all worked. They were also very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay over a long weekend, beautiful area and very peaceful. Hot tub is great and not overlooked. The bungalow was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, and had lots of board games etc. Marilyn was an excellent and friendly host, very helpful instructions for arrival and coming round to check the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Kestrels for Christmas 2023 which was our first experience at an Airbnb - which we were originally anxious about - especially with it being Christmas. However, our initial concerns quickly vanished after our host introduced themselves to us. The communication with Marilyn from start to finish was second to none, she thanked us for our intial booking and kept in communication throughout which made us feel at ease. The property itself was very clean and very well looked after - a real home from home experience. The open plan living area really worked for us, as it allowed the children and adults to all be together but with the 3 seperate bedrooms (all with TV's) - we could still have our own space when needed. With it being Christmas the host had done several nice touches such as putting up a Christmas tree, decorating the property and putting Christmas themed bedding on the Childrens beds. We would definetly go back to the Kestrels again.
