If you want a real winner Catherine’s home was beautiful. Very comfortable and cozy. The house is in beautiful well kept neighborhood and is very centrally to the Saratoga race track and the downtown area. It checked all the boxes for my husband. Central air, a covered front porch, a screened in back porch with a great retro bar with comfortable seating area . The pool and outside area was well maintained. But If you are a coffee drinkers like us or a group of 4 or more definitely need to bring a bigger coffee maker. The pot was basically what I drink myself lol so everyone else needed to make there own coffee after me . Otherwise everything was great and in working order. Only wished the weather was better at the beginning of our stay because the pool looked so inviting. Thank you Cathy

The pics don’t do this place justice. Immaculately clean, great space for a group. There was plenty of room so it never felt crowded. The pool was perfect during the summer along with the outdoor sunroom. The living space was endless. The location was PRIME! A 5 minute Uber or 25 minute walk. SUPER close to the racetracks. They even left us a list of local recommendations for eating, shopping, going out. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to everyone.

Checking in and out was super easy, house is as-advertised! Pool and home were very clean. Uber to downtown and track is less than 5 minutes.
