Had a group of 10 for a bachelorette weekend. The outdoor set up was amazing! Plenty of bathrooms and a great location from the track and the nightlife!! Would book every year!

I stayed at William's house with a large group of friends for a weekend of golf and horseracing and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. Check in/check out was easy. Instructions for the house were very clear. We had virtually no issues throughout the weekend and the house was actually better in person than we expected based on the listing. The backyard with a large deck, grill, pool, and firepit was the best part of the house and perfect for entertaining our large group. Thank you to the hosts for a memorable weekend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! We were greeted by Bonnie and her adorable golden retrievers! The house was spotless and had everything we could have needed. The backyard was an oasis which is where we spent hours both days we were there. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we all slept great! Bonnie was so wonderful on the phone and extremely responsive with any questions I had. I would recommend to anyone who wants the closeness to downtown but with the feel of being away from it all at the same time! 10/10!

Amazing stay at this beautiful home in Saratoga Springs, NY. The house is a perfect gathering spot for any large group. The house has every amenity you could ever ask for and they are in pristine condition. There are plenty of sleeping spaces and areas to hangout. The backyard is immaculate. A beautiful, large deck with chairs, fire pits and a grill perfect for eating outside. A large, heated pool to go swimming as well as a large area for all your backyard games makes this house the ultimate summer hangout spot. Not to mention, the location is perfect as well. Centrally located in between the Saratoga Racetrack and Lake Saratoga made it really easy to coordinate plans and going out. Everything from the track, to downtown to the lake is no more than a 15 minute drive, with ride-sharing services easy to schedule and use. Lastly, these hosts are amazing. They are proactive and committed to making sure you have the best stay possible. Overall, could not have been more satisfied!
