If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay that’s close to Denali, then this cabin is perfect. It feels so secluded and peaceful and, despite being a dry cabin, it has everything that you need to be comfortable (including an excellent stove with plenty of wood). Our children loved the adventure of staying here, especially in the snow. The cabin is easy to find with very clear instructions from Brent. We arrived after dark, when it was snowing, and we found the cabin very easily with no issues. It was so much fun staying here - we’d really recommend it to people who are looking for something different and exciting!

A very cool cabin for peace and quiet. Very easy walk from the parking space. Brent put lots of markers up so you can never get lost. Brent left lots of firewood too. Great place to sit outside by a fire and enjoy quiet and beautiful evenings. And the 4 wheeler trials make for great walking during the day.

Bren't place is one of the most peaceful places I had the good fortune to stay at. Classic Alaskan cabin in the woods with no one for miles which reminded of Thoreau's cabin in Walden. Brent is a great host and provided me with lots of fire wood (for free) and the air mattress is very comfortable to sleep in. If you want to experience true Alaska, you won't find a better place. The cabin is <30 mins from Denali National Park. Thanks Brent, I look forward to coming back.

Good place for a night, little bit atypique and experiential

Was looking for a place to spend the night in nature without fully camping outside due to my personal lack of cold weather camping supplies. Brent’s place was a perfect place to be outside, sit by the fire, watch the northern lights and have a warm place to lay our heads. The walk to the cabin was very well marked and refreshing after feasting on food at 49th State Brewery a gorgeous 30 minute drive away. It’s nice that it is secluded from the large touristy area but also accessible to all things North Denali and Healy with a scenic drive no matter which way you go. This was also the first time I’ve seen the northern lights since I moved to Alaska over a year ago and it was stunning even when the forecast had determined that there was only a 15% chance! Safe to say I will definitely back as this was a nice escape for even just one night.
