房客评价
The property management group were great. The unit is within a gated resort which has good amenities. The resort is a mix of resort-hotel style accommodation and private rentals (like this one). It’s a sizeable 2 BR unit with an ensuite off the master and other bathroom. It overlooks the circular pool of the resort. There are two sets of stairs to unit. The Oaks resort allows for smoking within the premises. So we spent a lot of the time with our doors shut to avoid the secondhand smoke of others wofting into the unit. The resort also lets its patrons essentially do anything they like. Eg. Pool hours are meant to finish by 9:30pm; while there most nights people were swimming and partying up to 11 or 12. Another example is of other guests blasting music from their apartments so they can hear their own music while swimming in the pool below. The resort has good amenities but was not the family friendly experience we thought we were buying.
GREAT location with a Shopping centre less that 100m away that has all your essentials (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Clothes shops, Beach Shops etc). Also, KFC, Dominos & Maccas in the same shopping complex. A bit inconvenient you need to grab the key from a different location but it’s not far at all & a really easy process. We also got a welcome bag with tea, coffee, sugar, newspaper, laundry liquid & dish liquid!! Although it says self contained, there are things provided for you such as extra blankets & extra pillows. Also (I guess from previous stayers) dishwashing liquid, dish sponges, tea-towels, air freshener, oil, salt, pepper etc. Really lovely room with a great view. Would love to stay again! 😍
What a fabulous resort, beautiful spacious apartment, well appointed and sparkling clean. We’ll come again!
The unit and decor are dated but clean. Location and pool are awesome. Great for a family get away. Check in and check out is a bit of a pain due to the location of the resort vs the location estate agent.

The very friendly property management team at McGrath Port Stephens aim to make your holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
