Gina and Sam’s home was a perfect spot for us while we visited our family in the Punta Gorda Isles. Great location to be able to walk and close to grocery store, gas, and other needs. A great layout for two parties. We appreciated the ability to do laundry and enjoyed coffee (pods provided) on the patio. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels for a week’s stay. The TV was a bonus too. We would stay again if it is available. Thank you.

Gina's place was excellent. She got back to us immediately with answers to our questions. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and neat, the furniture was comfortable, and she provided basics of everything you could need. We highly recommend this house and would stay again. Super host!

The house was perfect for us!! We were close to the main street rt 41 and close to restaurants. We felt at home. They gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. Would recommend this house to everyone!! They responded quickly to questions and felt like friends!! Thank you for letting us enjoy this home!!

This property is conveniently located in Punta Gorda. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities and furnishings we needed. The interior matches the photos, and is a good value. This was our second stay at the property, and we look forward to returning again in the future.
