This property, sadly, under delivers against the photos and the description. It is quite fun down, very un equipped eg no soap at all, no extra toilet rolls, no small items of amenity, you get 2 tea bags, 2 coffee (instant) packets and a couple items in a plastic bag. For the price, a lot is underwhelming and disappointing. Even the linen is a rip off. You can bring own or get some delivered, but you still have to make the beds. We did wonder what the cleaners actually did. Loads of rules and very little service. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for this pricing unless they plan to spruce it up a bit. It is large but the bedrooms, aside from master with tiny ensuite, are small and cramped and the other larger bathroom has shower over a Spa Bath which makes it difficult and dangerous to climb in and out of, and the bathroom is designed such that you can’t take your clothes in as they’d get wet because there is no shower screening. Be careful when you book !

Great location proves for some wonderful sunsets. Perfect for my group of 10 young guys. Considerable amount of space allowed people to do their own thing.

Although the place was in a great location, a short walk from the beach, the communication with the property owner let the place down. There were no sheets provided and had to be purchased separately by calling the property office. Even though we paid $135 for sheets for some (not all) of the beds, that didn’t include them putting them on the beds, which was disappointing. There were inadequate basic supplies left such as toilet paper, tea, coffee, paper towel, soap etc Curtains were inadequate which meant that kids woke early and the aircon had broken so we all didn’t sleep very well. Not sure that I’d stay again.

The property itself was good, location was great, we loved our stay. Only downside is that there was one roll of tissue paper and one garbage bag, no other toiletries were available, it would have been great if this was mentioned in the property description.

The location was convenient but the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived, the oven was still greasy, the kitchen cupboards had crumbs, the floors still dirty and the pool was dirty and had a lot of debris in it but luckily it was winter and we didn’t need to use it. It would have been nice to have some basic like cling wrap, trash bags, dish soap etc. It was very cold in the room downstairs because there was no air con or heater so extra blankets were needed. Some furniture also needs to be upgraded, my husband sat on the stool in the kitchen while holding my 6 month old and it broke beneath him sending them both falling to the floor, luckily my son was ok but my husband now has lingering back pain.
