Beautiful new studio walking distance from the center. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful kitchen with an induction stovetop and electric oven. A suspended table in the kitchen can be used as a bar or table. There’s a double bed with a desk in the main room and an armchair. The closet is large and spacious. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The terrace has a table with three chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Parking available.

The location is better than I expected. Within walking distance you have mall, restaurants, hair salon and gas station. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend.

The apartment is in newly finished building complex, furnished with high quality materials. It’s very accessible from a main street but very quiet since it’s facing away from traffic. It’s located 20 minutes walking distance from the center (2km) and 7 minutes walking distance from the stadium Cluj Arena 850m. It’s 5 minutes away from Platinia Mall which has a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants, exchange office, pharmacy and other stores. The neighborhood itself is very safe, up and coming with a lot of new luxury building popping up on all the nearby streets.
