The three of us stayed for about two months. There are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was quiet at night, so I was able to rest and sleep comfortably. Additionally, the host, Eric, responded quickly to all questions, making my stay comfortable.

Eric's apartment was awesome. It was centrally located to both city center and independence hall. It is walkable to many nice restaurants and Reading Terminal Market. The kitchen was huge. The linens and beds were very comfortable. It was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again eric was very responsive Thank you

We had a lovely, affordable stay in Chinatown. The location is safe and quiet, for Philly. There were some cleanliness issues that Eric addressed within the hour we brought them up. Great option for friends enjoying a few nights out on the town

Eric's place is the best value-for-money listing I've stayed in Philadelphia near Center City. Note that Eric switched me to a similar listing in the same building for the same price. Pros: * Location - in the heart of Chinatown in Center City. Very convenient, all the shops and restaurants at your doorstep. * Spacious - high ceilings, full kitchen, two rooms with queen size beds and desks. * Host - Eric was very responsive to all the questions and requests I had both before and during the stay. * Value - very good price for a two-room one-bath entire condo at a central location in Philly. Cons: * At first the sheets smelled like they stayed a too long in the washer before getting dried, but the host changed them right away the next day. * The cleaning is average - a few missed details here and there. Can be improved but it's not going to affect your stay too much.
