很好的入住经历，卫生条件很好，房东回复的会有一点延迟但无伤大雅

The location was perfect: a short walk to the convention center, lots of restaurants, and a close walk to many historical sites. We were traveling to a convention. The location felt very safe. The place is clean, bright, nice with 22 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Laundry in unit.

Stayed with a group of 4 - no issues with checking in and checking out. The apartment itself was nice and had everything we needed. My only consideration was that for a group of 4 it was challenging to coordinate splitting up the group bc 3 us had to split up and 1 person who stayed behind had to wait for us to come back bc there was only 1 key / fob. Having 2 keys / fobs would have made things much easier to plan things out. Other than that I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The actual apartment was fine. Furniture left a little to be desired (TV shelf held up on cinder blocks, bed was a mattress in a box- too firm for my taste), the location was great for visiting all the sites in Philadelphia- walkable to many places, stores, and restaurants. The parking situation, however, was a disaster. I had paid extra (since we only stayed 2 nights) for parking. It is a few blocks away, which is fine. However, after going to the apartment to retrieve the card to scan in, it didn't work when we got to the lot. I notified the owner, he called to let me know it was taken care of the next day, mid morning. Then when we went to leave the next day, it wouldn't let us out. So we went to talk to the parking attendant, and it was because the owner wasn't paying for 1 spot, but was using 2 spots. Messaged and called owner for assistance no response. I would recommend this place to stay, but suggest you find your own parking arrangements.
