Great place and location to stay in! The room was spacious and exactly as described. Highly recommended! Parking is an issue, so just keep that in mind. It’s a very busy street so it fills up fast.

I’ve stayed at here before and it was great but it seems that this time the cleaners didn’t clean the towels were dirty dish’s were dirty the dishwasher didn’t work stains in the comforter. Never again

I never received my curling iron, you never mentioned replacing it. The loud music and drugs, smoking throughout the building, and lack of urgency in responding the customer service sucks. My package was stolen at the very beginning and no one responded. My review will truly be a horrible place to stay. I will switch to another nearby Airbnb other than Sonder Frankford. I am requesting a refund. And to add more. My last reservation was for one person and you charged me for two. Do Nit stay here. There are better listings nearby. The furniture and carpet is old and dirty…

Please be aware that you’ll be taken to a third-party after booking on Airbnb. They will ask you for your identification pictures of your ID pictures of your face. It’s a very strange situation then they will also try to take an additional deposit on top of your Airbnb fees, also, it takes additional time for them to review your information which is strange when you’re already verified on Airbnb check in information is not given to you until after you do all the steps. If they’re not satisfied with it, you will not be able to stay and a refund can take up to five days you’ve been warned

Place was great. Very clean, the usual Sonder amenities, easy check in, overall great location, except, the windows of the unit we were in faced the train tracks. This did not bother us at all, but it sounds like others are more sensitive.
