Marina’s place was awesome! Such a clever combination of keeping the old but modernizing. I loved just looking all around at the walls and ceilings and the funky light fixtures, as well as the sense of openness, while still being in a cozy Row House. The Fishtown Neighborhood of homes is dense, yet it was super quiet and no problem to find parking either in front of the apartment or just around the corner. Since we were visiting for college visits, we were in and out with our car multiple times and never had a problem finding a spot or feeling that the car wasn’t safe just on street parking. Marina has provided guests with so many additional resources from a washer dryer that is stocked with supplies as needed, to bathrooms that have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a plethora of towels, to kitchen supplies, etc.. She has really thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again on visiting Philly. Could not recommend it more.

Marina’s home is beautiful and spacious. The home is chic, beautifully decorated, and great for a small family or friends. The master bedroom is stylish and massive. We loved staying there. Only downside — and this is somewhat universal of old homes — is that the wooden floorboards are noisy so you can hear people walking around no matter where you are in the house.

Marina’ place is in a good location easy to Uber or drive to nearby attractions some are even walkable . Overall nice home .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina's place. The location was ideal, being just a short 10-minute drive from the independent hall. We truly appreciated Marina's attention to detail: fresh flowers adorning the kitchen top and the snacks placed in the serving bowl. All bathrooms are spotless clean.
