Shanier and Shawna are excellent hosts - gave clear instructions, super responsive, and lovely to deal with. The house is beautiful - matches description perfectly. And everything you needed was there! We had two families with kids and the house was great for the weekend. Not knowing Philly, I should have researched the neighborhood better - it was rougher than expected and little within walking distance - but there’s an alarm and the unit itself very safe. Highly recommend, just plan on driving or ubering around city.

I booked this stay to be close to down town Philly for my birthday weekend. The house is beautiful inside and looks exactly like the pictures Everything is clean and comfortable I plan on booking again this summer

Shanier was such a pleasure to deal with. She was kind enough to let us check in earlier. She gave us some restaurant recommendations when we got there. We went to two of them and they were both delicious. The house was perfect and having the gym downstairs was a plus for our family! I was a little surprised with the neighborhood but everyone minds their own business and felt safe even with my little kids. We loved having the outdoor space and hanging out there felt like we were in a different area. I would definitely book here again!

The Airbnb was very nice and clean! We enjoyed our stay and it accommodated for 8 people very well! We stayed for a concert and we enjoyed our time!

First of all, the host was very helpful and responsive. The house is large with plenty of space if you need privacy from other guest. I loved the gym (although you gotta be shorter to use the treadmill because of the ceiling height). The kitchen had a great blender and an air fryer. 👍🏻 We loved seeing the neighbors and kids out playing in the street…. The young kids were friendly and included our “kid” when she sat out on the porch. Ice cream truck comes through which was the other “kid’s” favorite. The others ventured out to some sites but our purpose was more just to get away… the rooftop area is really great too.
