This uniquely designed space has elements inspired by the forest, the botanical gardens, and the desert Oasis. Make this private residence your next short-term stay and experience its amazing features, including an indoor swing, a 75" QLED TV, and unique decor pieces. Become one with nature while in the city of Philadelphia at the Luxe Urban Garden! This unit is an apartment on the building's 3rd floor (walk-up). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a specific design (floral, dry garden, and evergreen). The bedrooms have cozy full-sized beds and desk/vanity areas to work or study comfortably. Both bathrooms are full baths. There are also in-unit laundry machines (laundry detergent packs are available at an additional cost). We offer a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven). In addition, we have Caraway cookware (non-toxic ceramic coated), a high-quality German steel knife set, Ninja 11 in 1 Pro pressure cooker & air fryer, Ninja Pro Plus Blender, and we have a Ninja Foodi conventional toaster oven. Allowing for a wide range of meal preparation options from a quick snack to a full-course meal. *We do not offer TVs in the bedrooms*

Jay was very responsive. About the space, we appreciated the decor, cleanliness, large bathtub and washer and dryer (bring your own detergent). The a/c setup was a little wonky. Two nights in a row the air switched from cool to off. Though there are controls in each room, they have to all be set the same or they turn off. Street parking is doable, but the reserved spot listed is a first come first serve uneven grass lot. Also, if you’re sensitive to air fresheners and motion sensor lights, this is not the spot for you. Overall experience: we had a great time here with friends!
Jay was a great host. Easy to communicate if we had any issues or concerns. Also, place was very clean and beautiful. Only a 10 min ride and you’re in the city!

Beautiful apartment inside an out. Food near by, many towels and kitchen appliances. Definitely will stay again

We are located in the Neighborhood of Ludlow in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Living in Ludlow offers residents an urban feel. In Ludlow there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families and retirees live in Ludlow.
Great friendly place for you and you family to have a wonderful environment to live in peace during your stay at Mid-century Philadelphia Getaway. Nice clean area with good people very family friendly area. We have a nice backyard for children to play with trees and fully paved.
Is quiet and centrally located close to everything, like Fishtown or center city.
