If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability. Gatherings: Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Gorgeous space with lots of room and an off-street parking spot. Light-filled master bedroom with deck on top floor. Two bedrooms and work area on second floor. Open living room and dining room, with kitchen, on first floor. Workout area and extra bedroom down below. 2.5 baths. Private patio outside front door. Very walkable for parks, restaurants, shopping.

My friends and I had a great time staying here. Beautiful home, great location and friendly responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Philly.
Raif’s place worked wonderful for our entire family to gather. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Every family was able to get their own floor. The place was clean and a good location. Bus stops near by could get you anywhere in central Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and had great coffee shops and restaurants. Rafi and others were always super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting our family.
The place is very well-located and is quiet and comfortable as other reviewers have said. Rafi and team are quick responders and very helpful. We were a group of 5 in Philadelphia for a family event and it was easy and super-comfortable to have a family gathering on the entry level, with people seating at the couches and around the dining table. As other reviewers have noted, the unit does not feel brand new - the walls are scuffed in some areas and the cooking equipment is old and a bit battered, though the place itself was clean. There were very few glasses in the unit when we arrived but when I sent a message to the team, they sent over a bunch of glasses very quickly. If you're planning to use all four bedrooms, it's useful to know that whoever stays downstairs will have to go upstairs to use a bathroom. Bottom line is the place was really great for our family and I'd definitely recommend it.

There's a sense of camaraderie here that you just don't find elsewhere. In short, Rittenhouse Square is a neighborhood that inspires a range of emotions, from awe and wonder to excitement and tranquility.
