clean house and very responsive host!

I wish there was a 4.5 stars. This was a nice place overall HOWEVER, it wasn’t perfect and I did have some feedback and concerns including: - No hand towels in the bathrooms - Missing hand soap in some bathrooms - No actual parking “on premise” - Stained sheets - Couple of bugs Additionally, I wouldn’t try to fit more than 8 people here. The sofa bed in the basement is barely big enough for a child let alone an adult. The sofa bed in the living room is a decent size but there were no sheets or blankets or anything to cover it with to sleep. Plus the lights from outside shine right in. It was the nicest place on the block though. You can tell it was pretty new. Because the parking is so limited (nothing is reserved you have to get lucky a spot is open close), one of our guests parked a couple blocks away & her car got stolen. They found it a couple days later however, just be careful where you park. And if you have any extra locks or anything for your wheel I suggest bringing them.

Great place! Modern, clean and had everything. Ramon was extremely responsive and helpful. Had a great time!!

Ramon was an excellent host! He provided us clear instructions to check in and the place had everything our large group needed and even more. The house was recently remodeled and everything was great and modern. Highly recommend.
