Really enjoyed the apartment. It was as advertised - small and perfect for a couple. Location worked very well - easy walk to everything and public transport. Lotte was helpful and available if needed. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I spent 7 very comfortable nights at Lotte's AirBnB. Before we'd even arrived Lotte sent us restaurant recommendations for the area (all amazing!), booked reservations for us, and allowed me to send a package to her address! She is the most amazing host! The location really is perfect - lovely area, not too noisy, a short stroll to restaurants and shopping, with the bus stop just outside. Plenty of wardrobe space with lots of coat hangers. Very clean and tidy. If we were to visit London again we would definitely book again. We highly recommend a stay at Lotte's.

Sweet, cozy flat in an excellent location. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and easy to get around the city from the flat (short walk to the tube and city bus conveniently stops in front). Lotte was a great communicator and wonderful to meet. We will be back!

Lotte is a super host. She absolutely went out of her way to make our stay the best. I mistakenly booked our 9 day stay one day early. She was very gracious to give us an immediate refund for the extra day without penalty even though I don’t think she was obligated to. Since our flight arrived early at 7:40 am, Lotte agreed to meet is at the apartment well before check in to allow us to drop off our luggage. She couldn’t have been more accommodating.
