First time Airbnb rental and we will never go back to hotels. Especially having our small dog with us. House was as described; Clint was very helpful as to the questions I had about the area. So much less stress on checking in and checking out. Will most definitely come back again on our next travels through Yuma. Richard--El Paso, Tx
Quiet place to stay. Kitchen was stocked with what was needed to buy your own food and cook. Odd placement for the towels and wash clothes. Purified drinking water was nice. The yard is not fully enclosed, open on both ends. If I would’ve known that we wouldn’t have booked. Our daughter is autistic and is a runner
It was clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. We’ll worth the price
Apart from spacious and super clean. The host added little extras for the guests like a basket of goodies on the kitchen table to help your self too. Cookies, chocolate etc nice touch Only thing ITHINK is missing is that when you pull Into the driveway the place is out back . Don’t hold me to that I could be wrong and missed those instructions.
Clint was very helpful well before our arrival. He gave us advice about the surrounding area and made sure we had a vacuum available for our storage bags! The house was accommodating with the two bedrooms and full kitchen; we however got in pretty late so didn't get to play any of the board games there (the kids were a little disappointed about that). The morning was nice to sit outside at the table and have coffee. There was a keuirg available and some extra snacks on the table which was a nice treat. The home itself is a bit dated, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Also, the doorways to get into the bedrooms are similar to a trailer size door (small). The location was very easy to find. Multiple spots to park that are not on a roadway and under a carport. The unit is directly off the highway so it's easy to find. Two full bathrooms was a plus for our family of 5!

自我介绍
Carissa and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have a pretty big family … 9 of us in all! We love Yuma and it's small-town feel with all of the amenities of the "big city." One of our favorite things to do is travel, and in the past year we've been spending time in Indio, Anaheim (yay Disneyland and Great Wolf Lodge!), Granby, CO, and more. I always want to live life to the full, and hope that our Quirky Guest House can help others do the same.
