We had a great stay. I highly recommend this rental if staying with family/kids in Caye Caulker due to its location and amentities including the pool, laundry, play area, and location with a pier on the ocean. I would caution you about renting go carts from Valento, as there was confusion about our cart rental- as in the cart I rented was simply unavailable. They did help us to rent from elsewhere with a company that was very responsive and helpful, but we were unable to get a large cart... When we did eventually get the cart from Valento, it malfunctioned on us several times and was not in the best condition. Moral: rent your golf cart elsewhere.

Highly recommended. Spotless inside and out. The unit had everything you could possibly need. Buckets of beer for purchase were a great option!

We LOVED Valento!! beautiful, spacious super clean. very thoughtful details like labeling light and fan switches, leaving dark face towels for makeup use specifically, and huge binders of tours and menus on the island. For those who are not capable of walking 15 min or so to town, it may be a bit far. But myself and parents (in their late 70s early 80s) had the same taxi driver the whole weekend who felt like family by the end and he was able to drive us anywhere we wanted at any time with 5-10min notice. All in all, this very likely is the nicest place on the island and if ever in Belize again, this will be my top pick for accommodation.
