Enjoyed our stay. Place was just as described. Clean and quiet in a great location. We were there to dive and location was across the ‘street’ from Frenchies. Host helped with transfers from Airport to ferry to condo and back. Provided bikes were decent and paddle boards looked newer but we never have time to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Caye Reef. This was our 5th time staying on Caye Caulker and 3rd with children. Location was great right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the island. Convenient to bars, restaurants, activities and the split. My daughters loved the pool and beach across from the condos. The area around condos does get a little loud late morning into the evening but it’s not bad just busy island business. Great place for families and children to stay!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr toll. Alles war zentral gelegen und leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr Sauber und groß. Es gab eine große Menge an Handtüchern. Die Pools waren sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Whirlpool auf dem Dach war ein tolles Erlebnis.

we had a 4 night stay, the rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Bobbi the manager was great, extremely responsive to anything we needed. there was a slight mix up in our room but Bobbi did everything she could to fix it and even provided us a discount. she went above and beyond to help us out!! The condo is very close to the SPLIT, and lots of shops, restaurants, bars and diving places are all a very close walk. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in stating there.

This apartment was really spacious with an outstanding front deck / balcony. We were really comfortable. The rooms were really big, with great closets. It was easy to get there, unwind, unpack and settle in. A super comfortable spot, in a great location, with very helpful service and communication. They made traveling there worry-free. Highly recommend.
