The house was exactly as pictured and a perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 couples). Everyone on Caye Caulker was so helpful in getting us where we needed to go, or with recommendations, etc. The house is on the north side of the island, so you do have to take the pontoon ferry to the South Island for most of the action (which costs $2.5USD/person). There is a small grocery store and just a handful of restaurants on the north island. The property was private, quiet and beautiful so you also didn’t really need to leave!

Best AirBNB I have had in awhile. Very friendly host and management. Beautiful house, perfect private spot to relax with friends and family. Really amazing stay, will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful home and property. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The water was off for several hours our first day there and it went out again another day and the pressure was low for the duration of our trip at times. Bring your own extra towels because we never received the ones we requested so we had to wash the set that we had daily. There were bugs in the bed of villa 3 as well. Please utilize the concierge, Lourdes, she was amazing and very helpful. The property manager was also very responsive when we were having and issues at the property. Overall, we had an amazing time and we loved the villas. I would definitely recommend getting a golf cart and knowing the schedules for all of the water taxis while staying on this island.
