Our Gold Standard NEW BEACHFRONT 2 Bed/2.5 Bath condo is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro & the beach vibes of Northern Ambergris Caye! Relax in the comforts of a full kitchen, living area, spacious master bedrooms & private 3rd floor balcony. Enjoy expansive views overlooking the Caribbean & the world's second largest Barrier Reef! We have prepared our condo to include comforts of home with added luxuries to hopefully meet your expectations. You will have comfortable beds, soft linens and everything you may need in the kitchen. With our reverse osmosis water filtration system, you will have great water pressure. Our 100% generator backup system ensure excellent WiFi, hot water and air conditioning. Our master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and safe for your personal belongings. Our second master bedroom has a king bed that can also be configured as two twin beds. Simply let us know how you would like it configured. Our bathrooms have a makeup mirror, large walk-in showers and complimentary shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Our relaxing living area has a queen sleeper sofa. Our favorite area is the 3rd floor balcony! Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or savoring an evening cocktail or glass of wine, you will want to spend time on this most requested patio at Grand Caribe!

Absolutely outstanding! This was our first trip to Belize, and we can't wait to visit again. Mariah was an amazing host- from the time we booked to the day we checked out, she was communicative and available. She provided lots of helpful information about the property and the island, which really made our trip planning easy! The unit is exactly as advertised! Unparalleled views, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a tropical vacation. Grand Caribe staff was attentive and friendly- we especially loved using the complimentary kayaks to paddle out and snorkel the reef. We look forward to staying here again sometime soon!
We would have rated this place a ten if it were an option. Mariah’s condo is amazing. There was literally nothing you could want for in the matter of space and amenities. The pictures don’t do it justice! Everyone there was super friendly from the bartenders to the local dogs (we almost brought one back)!! The food was delicious every place we stopped (Rain, PUR, Crocs, Aqua (the chef prepared the fish we caught that day for our dinner), and the SandBar has a fantastic breakfast pizza)!!! Perfect view and perfect weather all week long. Everything about the Grand Caribe was worth it a million times over and staying at this particular condo just added to the comfort and relaxation of our vacation! Can’t wait to return!!!

Grand Caribe is an easy 2 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. You will experience the beach luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye while being very close to downtown San Pedro. There are several popular attractions, beach bars and restaurants all around Grand Caribe.
While shuttle and taxi services are available, you cannot rent a car on Ambergris Caye. The main modes of transportation are: golf carts, cabs and water taxi! We've found that most guests really appreciate the convenience of having a golf cart at their disposal. We can easily make these arrangements for you!
