Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family to stay on our first trip to Belize. It exceeded expectations and we can’t wait to come back. Manuel was wonderful, so helpful and always available when we needed him.

Excellent 3bd/3bth unit in a 4-building development. We were very happy with the comfort and quality of the rooms and furniture. AC, hot water, internet and TV were all great. The pool was nice and clean, the dock and beach front were also well tended. Property management was very good— communicated well, helped us with transfers and provided local tips. You should understand the property is 30 minutes from central San Pedro. There are a number of restaurants within ~10 minutes and you can arrange for excursion pick-up/drop-off at the dock…so the distance isn’t a problem if you plan for it. All-in-all, we liked the quiet of the location (but didn’t understand going in that it would be that long of a trip from town). This is a great place to stay on Ambergris Caye, especially for families!

We had such a good time on our vacation and were extremely happy with our accommodations. Manuel was so helpful and kind, he helped us book excursions, get transportation and gave us recommendations on where to go and what to eat. The place was clean and quiet and felt safe and private. We would definitely recommend this locations for others wanting to visit San Pedro, Belize.
