This was a return visit for us to Limetree and just as special as the first time. The house is in a stunning location and the long open views are very special. Julie has decorated and outfitted the house with everything you need to feel at home. We spent 10 days and it was hard to leave. Spacious bedrooms with lovely views and the bathrooms are great. The generous downstairs living spaces, kitchen and laundry room are comfortable and well appointed. The wall of doors and windows opening onto the patio and garden, as well as the skylights mean that even on a wet gloomy day the house is flooded with natural light. The location for Dorking shopping is 10 mins at most, and the access to a myriad of walking and hiking trails from the house excellent to explore the beautiful Surrey Hills. I do hope we will be able to use the house on another trip to the UK.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Julie’s and had a wonderful time. Her home was clean, warm, spacious and homely. We went on beautiful walks and made some really happy memories there. Thank you so much x

Absolutely blown away with how beautiful and well presented Julie's place was. Everything was spotless, with beautiful decor, personal touches everywhere, everything had been thought of, absolutely loved it. It was much more spacious than I anticipated, perfect for a group of 8 of us ladies. We enjoyed some gorgeous countryside walks, a visit to Denbies vineyard and a publunch at The Queen's Head... But mostly enjoyed being together in the beautiful space together, BBQ outside in fabulous garden, relaxing by the pond and a well equipped kitchen for everything we might need and such comfy beds! Thankyou for a fantastic stay Julie and the thoughtful hamper you left for us... Can't recommend this gorgeous place enough, it is very clear how much care and attention has been put into a beautiful home from home 😊🙏
