This stay exceeded our expectations in every way even before we arrived. We were a large group and the number fluctuated a few times as international travelers changed plans. Linda stayed in touch and made sure the spaces worked for our group. Upon arriving, Linda met us and made sure we were comfortable with all the details of the place and the surrounding area. During our stay, she was very responsive and went above and beyond with one particular request. The house itself is beautiful, perched on top of a hill looking across the valley to wooded landscape. The back garden is large with a gate to a walking path into town. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable while free of clutter. The kitchen is large and airy and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend Linda or her place highly enough.

We stayed at Ranmore Rise Retreat for a long weekend to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. Everyone had the most amazing time at this beautiful holiday let. Everything you could ever want is here and we instantly felt at home! The views are exceptional overlooking the beautiful hills and the location is fantastic as you can head straight on to a trail from the garden gate and go for lovely walks. It is also close to all the local amenities and the nearest town is just over a mile away. We wanted to be able to entertain here and have our relatives over for a special birthday buffet and the property was perfect for this. The living room is really spacious with plenty of seating, a large dining table and a separate snug area and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Linda made us feel very welcome from the start & all the little touches made us feel at home; cozy bed linen, fresh flowers & a lovely, homely feel. We have created happy memories at this house, it was perfect!

We had the pleasure of renting the whole of Linda's property for a month, due to renovations at our own home. Linda was extremely responsive and very helpful in our booking and was very flexible as we needed to extend our stay a little bit. The house is in a wonderful setting, has everything you could need for a short or extended stay and is extremely comfortable and peaceful. The views are spectacular, as are the walks available immediately out of the back garden. Would definitely recommend this rental, either as the whole property or the luxurious B&B suite. Linda is a wonderful attentive host who clearly cares about her guests, so fully recommend this property.

This house offers the most amazing view! Great location that provides a relaxing atmosphere. Impeccable and comfortable rooms. Best place for a weekend getaway.
