Was a place to sleep for a few nights. Not much more. The house looked fairly unwelcoming on the outside so we didn’t think we arrived at the correct location. No lights, overgrown bushes, beware of dog sign (there was no dog thankfully). Not the nicest neighborhood either, but not the worst either. Shared bathroom and space so don’t expect pristine clean. We didn’t have any major problems with other guests or anything. Locks on each room which was nice as well as fan. Bathroom was ok given it was shared among the house, but the shower had a slow drain. Overall an ok experience for the price

Very clean. It was peaceful. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in rochester.

Trying to park in the driveway was a challenge, it's only wide enough for one car but long enough for two. The fridge and freezer were super well organized, they have a shelf for each room which is convenient. The door handle on my room was super finicky, at one point I got locked out. Turns out I had to lift the handle instead of push down, which would have been nice to know before I panicked at 445am and couldn't get ahold of them. Wifi was great, very fast and easy to connect. The bed was wicked uncomfortable, but they provided clean linens and towels.

Rosa and James are great at communication and reply promptly. Place was a very convenient location for me. Any issues that came up during my stay were quickly taken care of. If I'm in rochester again, I'll stay with them. One thing to note is that they do not have air conditioning. It was overlooked by me prior to booking. But they clearly mention it in the listing. Just something to be aware of prior to booking any place. Overall, great stay and great hosts.
